villa is directly by the sea under the highway on a slight slope 10 meters from the sea.
There are 4 apartments in the villa: AP1 Studio for 2+1, AP2 for 4+1, AP3 for 4+1 with Gallery and AP6 Studio for 2+2 people. (AP1 AP1 Studio for 2+1 persons is now under reconstruction and reservation is suspended so far.) Each apartment has its own entrance and parking for 1 car. There is an outdoor shower and a common grill. There is an internet Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the building. The surrounding beaches are pebble with slight access to the sea, suitable for small children.
Stay in the villa is suitable for families with small children or separate couples. The beach in front of the house is used exclusively for guests. The surrounding beaches are made of fine skirting, ideal for small children or non -swimmers. There is a snack on the beach "Beach Bar" and a public shower.

Mimice neměly chybu, moc se nám zde líbilo, ubytování bylo čisté, terasa skvělá. Na pláži je bistro, což nám vyhovovalo. Problém jsme měli trochu s parkováním, protože v Mimicích není dost místa a majitelé si to hlídají.
