Villa 30 meters from the sea on the island of Čiovo in the village of Slatine.

The island of Čiovo is connected to the mainland by two bridges. There is no charge for driving through. The historic town of Trogir is 10 km away.

The accommodation is suitable for a group of 12-15 people. Only the entire villa is rented. There are 6 bedrooms in total in the house and each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet. It is divided into three apartments: AP1 (5) for 5 people, AP2 (5) for 5 people, AP3 (5) for 5 people.

The villa is located in a quiet area, on the edge of Slatine. It is a 1 km walk along the sea to the center of the village. In the center there are several restaurants, a beach bar, ice cream stalls, fruit and vegetable stalls, shops with beach items, a bakery, a grocery store. In the upper part of the village there is a cafe and a convenience store with food. From the port, which is in the center of the village, there is a boat service to Split or Trogir. The journey by car to Trogir takes about 12 minutes. In Trogir, the famous large market, fish market, shops, cafes, restaurants, pastry shops. Lidl and Kaufland on the outskirts of the city.

Because our house is on the edge of the village, after a few tens of meters there are only pine and olive groves. You can take the path along the sea to the tip of the island. There are many small, wild beaches along the way, as well as the famous Kava beach with a cafe. The second path leading up leads to the church of Gospe od Prizidnice.

All apartments are equipped with new furniture, each apartment is air-conditioned and connected to Wi-Fi. A cot is also available, which can be added to the apartment upon request.

The villa includes a 6x3 m pool, a covered terrace with garden furniture in the yard, a common summer kitchen with a bathroom and toilet, a garden grill, and an outdoor shower for all apartments.
Summer kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, stove + oven.

Parking on a private lot in the yard for 4 cars.
