Villa M - GORNJI DISTRICT

Modern new villa is located on the island of Čiovo in the southern part of Gornji Okrug 100 meters from the sea. 

The accommodation is for 8 people, suitable for 2 families or a larger group.
The house consists of a ground floor, first floor and attic. 

Ground floor: living room + kitchen with all appliances (dishwasher, fridge/freezer), TV, dining table, sofa, 1 bedroom with one bed 90*200 cm, bathroom (shower + wc), air conditioning, wi-fi, separate entrance from the terrace. The entire ground floor is barrier-free, suitable for disabled people or people with reduced mobility. (The photo gallery of the ground floor is not yet available.)

1. floor+attic: The first floor of the house and the attic have a separate entrance. On the first floor there is a kitchen with all the necessary household appliances (dishwasher, fridge/freezer), a dining table, a living room with a sofa bed and a large TV with unlimited internet, 1 bathroom (with washing machine and shower) and one bedroom with a 180* bed 200 cm. There is 1 air conditioning unit on the first floor. The kitchen opens onto a terrace with a view of the sea. In the attic there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). The 1st bedroom has a 160*200 cm bed, its own air conditioning unit, the 2nd room has a 180*200 cm bed, its own air conditioning unit and an exit to the terrace with a sea view, and the 3rd room has a 140*200 cm bed and does not have a separate air conditioning unit .
In front of the house there is a sitting area, deckchairs, outdoor shower and 3 parking spaces.

The pebble beach is located 100 meters from the house and is suitable for small children. There are 3 shops within 150 m. There are also several restaurants near the house and the nearest restaurant is only 30 m from the house. On the beach there is a restaurant, coffee bar, water sports, children's playground.

The stay is in a pleasant environment, offers peace without other guests, privacy and is suitable for families with children or couples. The equipment is modern and new. Of course, there is a free connection to unlimited Wi-Fi internet.
