The 1st bedroom has a 160*200 cm bed, its own air conditioning unit, the 2nd room has a 180*200 cm bed, its own air conditioning unit and an exit to the terrace with a sea view, and the 3rd room has a 140*200 cm bed and does not have a separate air conditioning unit . In front of the house there is a sitting area, sunbeds, an outdoor shower and two parking spaces.

The pebble beach is located 100 meters from the house and is suitable for small children. There are 3 shops within 150 m. There are also several restaurants near the house and the nearest restaurant is only 30 m from the house. On the beach there is a restaurant, coffee bar, water sports, children's playground.
