The villa is located 10 meters from the sea in the 1st row in the destination Vranjica. It is a quiet part 4 km from historic Trogir.

There is a fully equipped villa for 8 to 10 people. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning,, parking on the property for 2-3 cars. Of course, there is a connection to the Wi-Fi internet for free.

Villa (8+2)- ground floor and 1st floor, 5 rooms in total, total area 140 m2.

Ground floor: kitchen, living room, WC, 1 bedroom, large veranda, garden terrace
1. floor: 3 separate bedrooms, hallway, large bathroom, (toilet, bidet, bathtub, shower), terrace with a wonderful view of the sea. The large terrace is accessible from the bedrooms and is protected from the sun.

The beach is accessed through the garden, which is only 10 meters away. The beach is landscaped in a cascading fashion, the access to the sea is gradual, the bottom is pebbly and it is suitable for families with small children. There is a possibility of grilling and sitting in the garden. The stay offers comfort and privacy. 
In addition to the nearest beach, you can also use the pebble beaches at camp Belvedere and surroundings.

The rental dates are only Saturday-Saturday in the high season (July-August).
