Description: In the living room there is a modern equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine) with a dining room and stairs to a duplex bedroom with two spacious beds. The second bedroom is separate with a double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. Garden furniture, deckchairs, grill and hot tub available on the terrace. Of course, the house has Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

The path from the house is level, mainly through a park (350 meters), directly to the town's pebble beach with gradual access to the sea, suitable for small children. There is a cafe by the beach. A long promenade runs along the beach in both directions.

Evening walks along the sea along the promenade are perfect. The place is ideal for families with children. Kaštela are small rickety towns along the coast. They are a great choice for clients who like walking or cycling. There is a good transport connection with Trogir and Split. Nearby there is a bicycle rental, a supermarket, many restaurants, cafes, a bank, the airport.

At a distance of 10 km is one of the most beautiful Croatian cities - Trogir, with ancient architecture, you can walk through narrow cobbled streets in the shadow of old stone houses, visit the promenade with a lot of restaurants, cafes. Right next to the old town there is a famous market with fruit, vegetables and local products, as well as a fish market.
